Upon customer consent our Cisco Certified Service Experts will work with Cisco to do a full analysis of all your maintains contracts. Edge 1's Cisco Service Experts will collect and organize all the pertinent details about your network, assets, and the current state of your contracts
Contract and Asset Discover- During this phase we research all aspects of your current contracts, making sure all assets are fully covered identifying any uncovered devices or locations.
Contract Co-Termination Opportunities - As we prepare a detailed analysis of your contract and coverage status's we will include a report with all co-termination opportunities.
Review current levels of maintenance coverage levels - We will prepare an itemized easy to read report of your various coverage levels.
Simplify your maintenance contracts - This phase of your customized analysis includes reviewing opportunities to consolidate and merge your contracts into master contracts per service level, adding missing assets and/or deleting old or unused assets. Along with coordinating contract start and end dates to take the headache out of your contract management.
Asset labels and personalization - We will also help you organize your assets by personalization and labeling with such information as IP addresses, domain names, physical locations /POP's, and datacenter rack location details.
